Artic Donatello, along with his trusty ice poppin' penguin pal, shuffles through the slushy snow in the only pair of anti-slip snow shoes north of Alaska. And if any frozen Foot fools show up for a battle on the ice, Donatello will stop 'em cold with a blast of water from his real workin' ice water shootin' blaster.
