Leadership is an art in which I am highly skilled. Although I am a leader, my warriors will not follow me blindly into the darkness. I must prove my worth. It is my responsibility to make the right decisions, lead my fellow warriors with competence, gain their complete confidence and look after their welfare in battle. I draw my strength from the dedication and unity of my army.
