WANT

#1 Posted on 13/8/12

Ok, so perhaps it's just the geek in me, but after setting my eyes upon the Curicon Issue #1, Issue #2 and Curicon Insider metal cards I have decided that I must own them! I have been awash with Gollum-esque emotion, circling my house mumbling "my preciousssss".

So has anyone managed to get their hands on one of these elusive gems? If so, where can a poor geek get one, some, ALL OF THEMS?!?

Dude, you and me both. I think they're awesome. I want to have them all!! ESPECIALLY issue#1!

To answer your question, NO! I don't have any and I really want them. I also want the elusive code on the back for the most awesome competition I've ever seen. If I could get to NYCC just once, my life would be complete!

Oh my God, it's like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but instead of the golden ticket, it's three collectable cards that I have to have! And they would be waaaayy better than the golden ticket. I can have chocolate any time but if I got to go to New York Comic Con I would be beyond stoked!!

Let's try to help each other out and find the codes. They have to be somewhere!!

Deal, I'll put on my Sherlock Holes hat and get on the case. If I find any of the codes, or where to get our hands on a "Golden Ticket" I'll let you know. All you have to do is call me Grandpa Joe :)

TEAM CURICON

#5 Posted on 13/8/12

Issue #1s are hard to come by! Even the Curicon team only has 1 each. They came out last year and are spread across the globe.

Issue #2 is currently making its way around the world. They were given out at SDCC and are often given out at events run by Kings Comics in Sydney.

The Insider card is about as rare as the Issue #1 - it is given to people who work in the industry. It is extra thick and black plated stainless steel.
